Shows the amount of insurance registered with each insurance policy, for each fixed asset. These are the insurance-related amounts that you posted from a journal.
To determine what will be displayed in the matrix, fill in the fields in the Total Value Insured per FA window:
Date Filter | Here you can enter the date interval for which you want information to be shown in the window. You can adjust the contents of this field by clicking Previous Period and Next Period. |
Rounding Factor | Here you can choose a rounding factor with which the program will round the amounts in the columns. For example, if you choose 1000, then all amounts will be shown in thousands. |
You can select different time intervals in the View by field.
In the View as field, you can choose one of the following options to determine what type of amount will be shown in the period columns: Net Change displays the net change in the amount for each period; Balance at Date displays the amount as of the last day in each period.
Click Show Matrix to view the matrix.
To see the ledger entries that comprise an amount, click the amount.
